Calm Down and Cook
A cookbook to liberate yourself from the tyranny of recipes. This is a cooking philosophy from personal experience for stressed-out fledging cooks. You can color outside the lines when in the kitchen and unleash your creativity because no recipe is written in stone.
I’ve lived all around the country from New York to Seattle with Kansas and rural Wisconsin in between. In each place I have made home, I’ve taken inspiration and influence from its cuisine, art, and culture. Living a creative life is a mandate for me and I can always find ways in all I do to fulfill that. The Kitchen is where I am most comfortable and can show my love and my Studio is where I dream.
